Brandtrack provides a professional music ambience service for commercial spaces, including the selection, management, and playback of music content aligned with the brand’s identity, customer profile, and time of day. Depending on the plan, the service may be self-managed, curated, or dynamically adapted using real-time variables.
Access to the service is provided through a personalized username and password, either via the Brandtrack App or a dedicated playback device (Brandtrack Box). The service may only be used in the locations expressly registered with Brandtrack and under the conditions established in the contract.
Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate brand and audience information. Using the service only in authorized locations. Ensuring proper technical conditions (equipment, connectivity, sound systems). Taking care of any Brandtrack hardware provided. Paying applicable fees on time, including any music public performance royalties required by local law.
Brandtrack grants a limited license to use the music content exclusively within the service. Depending on the catalog selected and the territory, Brandtrack may cover music storage and reproduction licenses, while clients may be required to pay public performance or communication fees directly to local collecting societies or third-party licensors. These fees are not included in the Brandtrack service price unless explicitly stated.
Yes. Brandtrack may update, modify, improve, or temporarily suspend the service for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Brandtrack also reserves the right to terminate the service in cases of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, unpaid invoices, or misuse of the service.
