Music license in

United States

Brandtrack delivers fully licensed music for commercial spaces, with centralized control and the compliance documentation your business requires.

Keep your business music fully licensed

Playing music in your business requires two licenses: storage and public performance. Both belong to different rights holders and are managed by different organizations.

Storage Licenses

Included in your plan

We handle the license that allows music to be stored for public communication and performance. This license is always included in your Brandtrack plan.

Public Performance

Not included in your plan

In United States, Brandtrack covers authors’ rights on your behalf, handled through ASCAP/BMI/GMR. However, the public performance license for sound recordings must be paid directly to SOUNDEXCHANGE by your business. We’ll guide you step by step!

Don't put your business at risk. With Brandtrack, your music stays legal and brand-safe.
